Refund Policy

We offer refunds based on the original payment method used at checkout. Please review the details below for each payment type.

Credit Card Payments

• Refund to Original Payment Method
  Approved refunds will be credited back to the original credit card used for the purchase. Please allow up to three billing cycles for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your card issuer.
• Store Credit Option
  If preferred, we can issue a store credit voucher for the full value of your purchase, which can be used on a future order.

Bank Transfer Payments

• Refund to Bank Account
  Once the returned product is received and inspected at our Distribution Center, the refund will be processed within seven (7) business days.
  Please note that the bank account must be registered under the same name as the customer who placed the order.
• Store Credit Option
  Alternatively, we can issue a store credit voucher for use on a future purchase.
