- Delivery times begin from the date your order is shipped, not from the date of purchase.
- Payment approval may take up to 24 business Hours, depending on your payment method and provider.
- The exact delivery timeframe will depend on your location, order details, and the shipping method selected during checkout.
Shipping Rates & Availability
- Shipping fees and estimated delivery times will be shown at checkout after you enter your shipping address.
- You may also view estimated shipping information on each product page by entering your delivery location.
- All orders will include 3 business days for processing before being handed off to the shipping carrier.
Order Tracking
- Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a Code so you can follow the progress of your delivery.
- Tracking updates will be available via the Tracking Page/Partner Portal and registered email and phone number.
Additional Notes
- Scheduled delivery (date/time selection) is not available. Orders will be delivered according to the courier’s standard route.
- Please ensure someone is present at the provided address to receive the order.
